Find your program below to receive important forms, waivers, and packing lists. Please print these, fill them out, and bring them with you to check-in day. Please make sure you have filled out “Forms for All Overnight Camps” in addition to your specific program. While camp staff run most programs, Alton Jones Camp contracts with outside providers for a number of specialized activities. Most of the outside providers require their own waivers.

For special diets, food allergies, or medical requirements such as special treatments, injections, or if your child is immune compromised, has mobility limitations (e.g. crutches or wheelchair), no spleen, or other special issues, contact the nurse at least two weeks before the program (401-874-8148 or email email@example.com).
A Registered Nurse is on site part-time every day and on-call 24 hours each day. A student nurse will be on site 24 hours each day. Kent County Hospital in Warwick, RI and Hasbro Children’s Hospital in Providence, RI serve the Camps. All Counselors are trained in CPR and First Aid. You will be notified if your child develops any health concerns that require further assessment and treatment by a physician. You will also be notified if rescue is called for your child or if your child finds an embedded tick.
