Student Resources

ION: The Initiative for Opportunities and Networking

The more students become involved in enrichment activities beyond the classroom, the more likely they are to be successful in college and beyond. ION is here to match students with opportunities — and turn opportunities into experiences that can define a college career. ION connects students with internships, fellowships, grant-supported creative projects, research opportunities, scholarly contests, service opportunities and more.

We’ll help you find those opportunities and then help you hone your application to boost your candidacy. You don’t even need to know exactly what kinds of opportunities you might want to pursue. ION can help you discover them. We are here to support any Arts and Sciences student, no matter your major or class year. It’s never too late – or too early. Connect with ION today.
