Our undergraduate programs encourage leadership skills in our graduates, promote critical and independent thinking, and foster personal responsibility. We develop students whose performance and commitment mark them as leaders who will contribute to the business community and society.
We offer two M.B.A. programs—our one-year M.B.A. in strategic innovation and our evening M.B.A. program. We offer M.S. degrees in accounting, finance, labor relations and human resources, textiles, fashion merchandising and design, and graduate certificates in labor relations or human relations.
Our Ph.D. program offers specializations in marketing, finance, and supply chain management. In this mentor-based program, students take formal coursework in the first two years, and work closely with professors on research projects in their area of specialization throughout the program.
International Business Program
Students graduate with a thorough grounding in business, an understanding of other cultures, fluency in at least one language other than English, and concrete work experience in the global marketplace. The preparation offered by this unique program places IBP graduates in high demand and makes them front-runners in the development of the global economy.
