Water-Aerobics-Weights

Senior Water Exercise

(During Winter Intercessions, class times will change during Revised Facility Hours).

This is a safe non-jarring water aerobics exercise program which improves stamina, strength and flexibility. These programs are designed to meet the needs of individuals over the age of 55 years. This class consists of a full-hour of water exercise using a variety of aquatic exercise equipment, music and movements designed to work each muscle and joint.

Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays 8:30 – 9:25 a.m.
Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays 9:30 – 10:25 a.m.

Note: During Revised Facility Hours, class times will be reduced.  Participants will be notified by the instructor in advance.

Fall Semester: September 8, 2017- January 3, 2018

Spring Semester: January 5 – May 2, 2018

Summer Semester: May 4 – July 23, 2018

TERM G:  May 4 – June 15, 2018
TERM:  June 18 – July 23, 2018- Class meets at 7:00am & 8:00am

HydroFitness

Days Times
Tuesdays / Thursdays 6:30-7:15 p.m.
This is a fast-paced class which provides a challenging cardiovascular workout. Water provides extra resistance on the muscles and also reduces the impact of movements on the joints. No swimming skills required. This class can accommodate beginners and advanced participants.
