ALI
Hey guys! I’m a senior nursing student and this is my first year being a group fitness instructor. I’m really excited to start teaching and get everyone excited for Body Pump! I want people to feel stronger, happier, and healthier after they leave my class!

LISA
My yoga journey began over 13 years ago when a friend urged me to try a class at my local YMCA. Having studied jazz dance for several years as a young adult, the stretching and lengthening techniques of the yoga poses felt very natural and seemed to touch every muscle in my body. They were challenging and invigorating and each class was anew and deeper experience.  Consequently, my yoga practice quickly became an integral part of my life. It was not until last year when faced with some unexpected personal challenges, however, that I truly discovered the depth of yoga’s healing potential and its ability to awaken and transform the mind, body and spirit. As a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and a veteran teacher of art and design, I bring a creative and challenging flow to my yoga classes with an emphasis breath and movement. My goal is to share my love and passion for this ancient practice and to help others realize yoga’s transformative potential.
