2017 Winter's Edge

Conditioning Classes

These classes are perfect for Division 1 Athletes, Club Sport Athletes and the Athlete within us all.  There are options to customize your workout for an individual or group.

Benefits you will receive:

  • Safe Training Environment with a certified professional.
  • Improved athletic performance in speed, agility, and quickness through cutting edge training principles.
  • Developing excellent technique to improve speed & strength.
  • Drills that train the body to start, stop, shuffle, move front, move back and move laterally.
  • Lower the risk of preventable injuries.
  • Educate athletes with a system that can be used on and off-season.

Custom Classes

Schedule a Custom class for your group.  You can pick from any group exercise, yoga or specialty class we offer on our current schedule or design your own to fit your needs.

These custom classes are scheduled and designed by our professional fitness and wellness staff.  All requests must be submitted 10 days prior to the first session.

The Edge:  Speed & Conditioning Summer Camp

This camp will enable young athletes ages 13 – 21 to develop skills that will improve their overall competitive ability.  Athletes will be grouped base on skill and performance level to ensure a safe training environment in which all will achieve maximum results.  Nationally Certified Instructors will lead your athlete in a safe training environment to get faster, stronger, quicker and more explosive. Your coach gives you skills; “The Edge” gives you the advantage.

Session 1:   June 19th – June 29th
Session 2:  July 10th – July 20th
Session 3:  July 24th – August 3rd

Mondays & Wednesdays OR
Tuesdays & Thursdays
9:00 – 11:00 a.m.
$99 per session.

The Edge Overtime 1:  August 8th & 9th
The Edge Overtime 2:  August 15th & 16th
Tuesday & Wednesday
9:00 – 11:00 a.m.

* If session not full, drop in days are available for a fee of $25 per day.
