2 Weeks Prior

DEADLINE to confirm menus, guest count, location, times, set-up, service details.

1 Week Prior

Guaranteed number of guests and all known food allergies should be confirmed.
Necessary revisions made at least 1 week prior to event; please plan accordingly.

Week of Event

Final guest Allergy and Special Dietary Restrictions – NO REVISIONS accepted within 7 days of event; please plan accordingly.
