Our Team Outreach Group will be organizing the 2014 Food For Thanks drive in our Club to provide food items to needy local families through the Jonnycake Center. This program helps over 300 families a year to celebrate Thanksgiving with a feast they would otherwise not have. The needs will be greater than ever this year.

Please join with your friends to donate one or more items listed below. Please click here to see sample item images. All brands are welcome.

• Check for a turkey (between $10-$25), addressed to “The Jonnycake Center”
• Cranberry sauce
• Packaged pie crust mix
• Gravy mix/jar/can
• Pumpkin or fruit pie filling
• Evaporated milk
• Large bag or box of stuffing mix
• Quick bread mix
• Canned vegetables or yams
• Canned soup

Collection date and time: 6pm to 7:30pm, Saturdays, on November 8 and November 15.

Collection location: URI Multicultural Center.
