Welcome to the University of Rhode Island’s e-Campus Financial Management home page. We are a division within the Office of the Controller and are responsible for supporting, implementing, training and documentation of the integrated financial systems.
URI’s major financial systems include the following:
Commitment Control (Budgeting)
We are responsible for the functional aspects of the systems and work closely with the financial technical team of the University Computing System department. Together we strive to provide an efficient and accurate financial system that incorporates the best business practices for the University of Rhode Island.

Financials Training sessions TBD
Prerequisites: Security access to the Financial System. If you do not have a logon please complete the PS Financial Security form and return to Deb Cole prior to attending class. Please print the community training documentation found above if you wish to have a hard copy for the class.
Note – Fewer than 4 attendees will result in a cancellation of class, notification will be sent one day prior to class meeting.
Requisition Workflow Approver Powerpoint: This training is for Designated Signatories on Signature Authorization. We have made this available as a review for those who already have On-Line Requisitions in your College or Department.
