Getting Help

Getting started is easy!
Simply stop by Roosevelt Hall, Room 217
during our Triage Hours
Monday – Friday
10 AM – 12 PM and
1 PM – 3 PM

You’ll be asked to complete paperwork which will take approximately 15 minutes.  You will then meet briefly (15-20 minutes) with a counselor to talk about your reasons for coming in and explore the options available to you.  This could include individual or group therapy at the Counseling Center or in the Community or referrals for medication, academic advising, career counseling or any other helpful services.

During busier times of the year, you may need to wait a short while before a triage counselor becomes available.

Not sure if counseling is what you need?
