Changing Your e-Campus Password

For security reasons, all e-Campus users will be prompted to change their password every 90 days. Two days prior to the 90-day password expiration date, you will receive a warning that your current password will be expiring.

At 90 days, when your password has expired, you will see the following message:


Click on the link and follow the instructions on the next page:


Be sure that your new password meets the requirements listed below. When you have finished, click Change Password.

Changing Your Password At Any Time
To change your e-Campus password at any time, you must log in to e-Campus with your current password first and then select Change My Password from the menu that appears on the screen following login; be sure that your new password meets the requirements listed below. The screen should look similar to this:

Password Requirements
An e-Campus password must have:

  • a minimum of 8 characters
  • a maximum of 15 characters
  • 1 special character
  • a minimum of 2 numerical characters (digits)
  • a minimum of 1 lower case character
  • a minimum of 1 upper case character

Password history retains your last five passwords; you cannot use them as a new password.

Possible Error Messages

If your new password does not meet a given requirement, you will get one of the following messages:
