Student, Graduate, and Internal Payroll Processing Sessions
Departments are responsible for hiring their student, graduate assistant, and internal employees by entering their information directly into e-campus. Learn what is needed to enter employee information into the system and how you know the appointment is approved.
At the end of each course, you should be able to enter job and I-9 information, create contracts, set up Web-based time entry, verify and enter salary distribution information, and know which appointments should be processed on an Internal Payroll (IP-1) form for all URI in-house payroll employees.
Student Hiring Payroll Process: Monday February 11, 1:30pm – 4:30pm
Internal Hiring Payroll Process: Wednesday February 13, 1:30pm – 4:30pm
Graduate Assistant Hiring Payroll Process: Thursday February 21, 1:30pm – 4:30pm
Rehires, Data Changes, Pay rate Changes Sessions
Rehiring students got you down? Don’t know how to do a data change or a pay rate change or maybe just need a refresher? This class will show you the ins and outs of how to efficiently navigate the system regarding the above actions.
