If you are, and if you use Excel to generate reports, you must apply a Microsoft compatibility pack to be able to continue to do so. If you don’t, you will receive a “compatibility error” when you try to get your reports.

You should consider updating your Office Suite from 2003 to 2010 – mainstream support for Office 2003 ended in April 2009! The Help Desk can also assist you with purchase options for MS Office 2010.
