URI State Employees: Online Timecards are here!

We Are Done!

We are pleased to announce that the University is migrating to an online timecard reporting and approval system in e-Campus. The Payroll Department and University Computing Systems have been rolling out a custom built online timecard system since March 2011. The final groups will be migrated to the system in March 2012 after which 100% of URI State Employees will be using online timecards.  Each department will be notified 2 to 4 weeks before the switch. Once a department is moved to online timecards, there will be NO PAPER TIMECARDS in use.
