Thinking BIG outside the classroom
Experiential learning can come in many forms, but there is one common goal: to take you outside of the classroom to apply and expand your knowledge through hands-on experience. At URI, we believe this is an integral part of the learning process. We work directly with students, faculty, employers and community partners to create and support hundreds of unique learning environments.
Internships & Learning
There are lots of ways for you to put your knowledge to work, whether you want to get credit, get paid, or just get some real world experience.
Service & Volunteering
Want to make a difference? We’ve got all kinds of options to get you engaged in the community, both locally and globally.
