Peyton Gibson is the Assistant Director, Financial Administration for the Facilities Services Department. Peyton has been with the University since 1990 and joined the Facilities Services Department in 1995. Peyton received his bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University and a Masters Degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie-Mellon University. Prior to joining the University in 1990 Peyton was employed as an operations analyst for Fleet Bank. As the Assistant Director for Financial Administration Peyton oversees all fiscal and financial management functions including information technology and management of Central Stores.Peyton’s mission is to ensure that the Facilities Services Department’s resources are utilized in the most cost effective and efficient manner by incorporating the best practices of business administration, fiscal / IT management, as well as utilizing sound accounting, purchasing, principles, procedures and practices.
