URI Health Services deadline to waive the school sponsored insurance has passed (Oct. 1, 2014). IF you have comparable coverage and have not used the school sponsored insurance, you can petition to waive the insurance by clicking here.
You will receive an email within 10 days indicating acceptance/rejection of your petition. If accepted, you can view the charge adjustment on your e-campus account by choosing Account Summary under Term Finances within a week of receiving the email.
If you want to keep the school sponsored insurance, your information has been sent to UnitedHealthcare StudentResources and you can create an online account by going to www.uhcsr.com. You will be able to print a paper card and request a permanent card be sent to you.
