The University of Rhode Island Computer and Networking HelpDesk is the one-stop center for all tech-related issues at the university. We provide support for any issue related to eCampus, Sakai, E-mail, Internet connections, wireless, smartphones and tablets, laptops, desktops, and more.
If you are using wireless internet, please make sure you are connected to the URI_Secure connection, rather than URI_Open. URI_Open is limited and your wireless experience will be far better and safer with URI_Secure. If you are having trouble connecting to URI_Secure, please contact the helpdesk at 874-HELP.
Fall 2015 Training Topics
Information Technology Services is offering a wide variety of Training Topics for Fall Semester 2015. Some courses are offered as webinars, while others are provided in a classroom for learners who prefer that format.
The schedule is posted as a link on the Training Page in the ITS wiki and lists date, time, format and presenter for each topic. To assist with scheduling conflicts, topics are presented at least twice per semester.
Please remember to check the schedule often as new topics will be posted and some may be changed.
