The Office of Research Development will offer a workshop Friday 2/14 on how to search SPIN, the comprehensive funding database to which the university subscribes.
SPIN contains more than 40,000 grant opportunities. In this session, you will learn to create an account and conduct a simple funding search. You also will learn how to sign up for email alerts on funding opportunities in fields that interest you.
Anyone who needs to search for funding will benefit from this session. Bring your own laptop so you can create an account and perform a search.
The session will take place from noon to 1 p.m. in the Multicultural Center, Room 005. Additional information may be obtained by contacting Karen Markin, Director of Research Development, at 874-5971 or firstname.lastname@example.org
