Polarimeter

A polarimeter  measures the optical rotation of optically active substances.  The Jasco P-2000 Polarimeter provides a  single Tungsten source and two wavelengths (589 or 365nm) as well as two Cell Aperature sizes:  3mm for 1ml volumes and 8mm for 10ml volume.   Jasco J-2000 Polarimeter

Optima Plate reader

Filter-based Multi-mode Microplate Reader with Simultaneous Dual Emission Detection The POLARstar OPTIMA multidetection microplate reader offers all the features of the FLUOstar OPTIMA plus Fluorescence Polarization and a unique simultaneous dual emission detection system, which allows the detection of two emitted wavelengths at the same time. Simultaneous Dual Emission Detection is especially useful for FRET, BRET and […]

Nanodrop uv-vis spectrophotometer

NanoDrop 2000 is micro-volume spectrophotometer that allows for sample volumes as small as 0.5 µL. It offers: Direct, easy measurements in less than 5 seconds – just pipette & wipe Measures DNA, RNA (A260) and Protein (A280) concentrations and sample purity (260/280 ratio) Large concentration range (2 ng/µL – 15,000 ng/µL dsDNA) without dilutions Pre-configured […]

Multimode Micro Plate Reader

The Spectramax M2 Multi-Mode microplate reader provides two detection modes in one platform and has the added functionality of bottom read fluorescence for cell based assays. Assays can be better optimized by scanning across a range of wavelengths in increments as small as 1 nm.  Up to 4 wavelength pairs can be read in one […]

Circular Dichroism (CD) Spectropolarimeter

The new Jasco J-1100 CD Spectrometer  can measure CD, LD and Absorbance for proteins and DNA using as little as 5ul of sample.  The software has been upgraded to the Spectra Manager II Spectroscopy Suite. A circular dichroism (CD) spectropolarimeter measures left- and right-handed circularly polarized light of optically active molecules.  It is a hybrid […]

Luminescence Spectrometer

The PerkinElmer LS 55 luminescence spectrometer offers flexibility and reliability in a wide range of bioresearch applications, including fluorescence, phosphorescence, and chemi- or bio-luminescence. Our instrument is equipped with Peltier controlled fluid circulation, a 4-position automatic cell changer accessory, and a biokinetics accessory. Features of the spectrometer include: A high energy pulsed Xenon excitation source […]

uv/vis spectrometer

The DU 800 Spectrophotometer is a PC controlled system intended for use in quantitative and qualitative analysis in biological and industrial procedures that require spectrophotometric measurements in the UV and visible region of the electromagnetic spectrum.  The DU 800 Spectrophotometer operates in the wavelength range of 190 to 1100 nm and has a bandwidth of […]
