Welcome Week will include events and meetings planned, specially, for non-degree exchange and visiting students. Several events that include (1) the Immigration Orientation and (2) Exchange and Visiting Student Orientation, (3) Check-in and (4) the visit to Health Services are mandatory. Others like the shopping trip or coffee hours are optional.
Students are required to submit the Welcome Week Events Form to identify, which optional events they are choosing to attend and whether or not they will join the Peer Ambassador Program. Students must also complete the Arrival Services Form indicating their travel plans, even if they do not request pick-up services.
