August 30,2017 – September 8, 2017
Please review the schedule for events specific to your student status. The category Visiting Students refers to international and national non-degree students only.
The Immigration Orientation Meetings held on the Friday prior to the start of the term (during Welcome Week) are mandatory for all of the following students:
- New international graduate, undergraduate freshman, and transfer students
- All international and domestic exchange students from partner universities
The International Welcome Week combines helpful workshops and presentations on academic support, enrollment services, advising and residence life, and immigration sessions for international students (only). Students will have a chance to meet the staff, connect with American students, and make lots of new friends!
International and domestic exchange students are required to submit the Welcome Week Events Form to identify what optional events they are choosing to attend and whether or not they will join the Peer Ambassador Program.
Students must also complete the Arrival Services Form indicating their travel plans, even if they do not request pick-up services.
