Biography

Professor Morin (PhD in Spanish Literature, University of Columbia) teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Spanish including Colonial Spanish-American Literature and Culture and Modernismo in Latin American at URI.   Prof. Morin is an expert on Latin America and has been in charge of the Latin American Study Program at URI.  Prof. Morin has been a visiting professor at the Universidad Iberoamericana  in Mexico City several times. He has also organized and taken students to the URI Winter
Program in the Dominican Republic.
