In December of 2014, Eric Kretsch (MAMA 2016) was awarded the Enhancement of Graduate Research Award Grant from the University of Rhode Island Graduate School. These grants are provided to support students with research opportunities and scholarly work. The funding will be used to provide Eric with technology that is needed to conduct his graduate research. Eric’s research will focus on investigating coastal vulnerability to storm surge and climate change, including cost-benefit modeling of adaptation.
