About: 

Liberia is a West African country, which has just returned from 15 years of bloody civil crisis as the result of hatred and unforgiveness amongst ethic groups, families and individuals. These issues need to be handled immediately and appropriately with an advanced approach in order to avoid repetition of civil crisis. I have had several trainings locally in conflict resolution with special empathies on gender base violence. The little knowledge I have acquired is not sufficient to adequately handle these deep rooted problems. I need more training in order to aid my country and I hope to gain this knowledge at the International Summer Institute.
