Our current research interests focus on the investigation of natural products as potential therapeutic agents, as biological probes and as lead structures for medicinal chemistry. Specific areas of research include (1) chemical synthesis of bioactive natural products and small molecules; (2) drug (chemical) probe design and development; (3) target identification and mode of action studies.
