Set specific, measurable goals: “100 oz. daily water” as opposed to “increase fluids.”
Be accountable: Check in with a registered dietitian, personal trainer, therapist, best friend, etc.
Picture yourself at your final goal. Positive feelings should come not only when you reach it, but throughout the journey.
