Welcome to the College of Engineering’s Shadow Program!

The Shadow Program aims to empower women entering institutions of higher learning to choose engineering as their career.  High school girls are paired with women undergraduates within the College of Engineering at the University of Rhode Island, so that they may get a sense for “a day in the life” of women engineering students.  Through the program, they will learn about the growing number of resources and opportunities for women engineers at URI.
