- Ellery Water fire
- Who: Multicultural organizations, MCC, SEA, SAA, etc.?
- What: We should have tiki torches and have organizations perform.
- When: Early to mid-April

- Talk to officer Mark, talk to Joe Ryan for SAA and their homecoming plan, talk to the Union Board about block party, police and fire department, sticker party/ musician guild, lighting and speakers, mini stage so dance groups can perform, we need vendors and student organizations, photo booths and seating, Ellery pond restorations project group, etc.
- Rammies + Compensation for it
- What event should we do to compensate for the Rammies, an award show that would celebrate organizations accomplishments.
- Dinner for the group.
- Collaboration with union board about block party and Ellery waterfire.

- HRL/ Bathroom policy
- HRL wants to create a LGBTQ living learning community in a resident hall so that the residents can use the bathroom that coordinates with one’s gender
- Dr. Plouffe wants to know what the students think about it. Student Senate will create a survey.
