Please fill out completely the following forms and upload files to these forms where requested.

IMPORTANT:  Your paperwork is NOT official until both President and Treasurer have signed with the Student Organizations Chair!

Step 1.  Complete the Application for Re-Recognition to be given by SOC.

Note:  You MUST include an attachment with a membership list.

Step 2. Complete the Model Constitution.

Applications CLOSE every year in March. Specific dates will be announced during the prior December of each academic year. Applications submitted after the announced date WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Not completing Re-Recognition will result in DE-RECOGNITION.
