Talent Development alum Victor Capellan, chairman of the Providence Democratic City Committee, has been named the superintendent of schools in Central Falls, Rhode Island.

Victor served as deputy superintendent in Central Falls from 2010 and 2014, will succeed Dr. Fran Gallo, who is set to retire after eight year leading the city’s school department. For more information on Victor and his newly elected position, please click here.
