The Talent Development Program would like to highlight one of our many scholars in the new College of Health Sciences here at the University of Rhode Island.

Jarolyn Fernandez is a first-generation college student, triple majoring in Communication Studies, Health Studies and Spanish. After four years Jarolyn will be completing her degree and hopes to work as an advocate and communicate with people those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Her story is compelling and motivational.
