  • Active Learning Classroom Certification

    Active Learning Classroom Certification

    The Active Learning Classroom in the Robert L. Carothers Library & Learning Commons offers faculty and students an learning environment designed for hands-on learning and collaboration. Faculty complete a series of workshops to become certified to teach in the room.

  • High Impact Teaching Seminars

    High Impact Teaching Seminars

    The High Impact Teaching Seminar is a seven-session seminar offered each semester and over the summer that covers evidence-based strategies for teaching and learning.

  • ATL Conversations

    ATL Conversations are designed to ignite interest and discussion among faculty and staff from across campus about teaching and learning. For each conversation, URI faculty and staff are invited to share their experiences around an innovative approach to teaching and learning.
