Meeting Rooms and Breakout Spaces
Conference room set-up can has a big impact on the success of your meeting. A proper room arrangement helps achieve meeting goals. Our operations staff accommodates versatile seating plan styles as well as special seating arrangements at your request.
Breakout areas for Sycamore Lodge include a living room, porch and deck area. Nettles breakout areas include a living room and porch, and Main Lodge breakout areas include a large living room and outside deck.
Conference Food and Beverage Services
Our convenient Full American Plan includes all meals for one price. Meal planning at Whispering Pines is easy, because we custom-design menus that fit a full-day, half-day, or multi-day event.
Special accommodations can be made for those with restricted diets; including vegetarian, gluten free, diabetic, etc.
A full alcohol/bar service is also available.
Conference Pricing – Overnight
Conference Room Rental: $400.00/per conference room
Lodging & Accommodations: Includes overnight accommodations and Breakfast, Morning Break, Lunch, Afternoon Break, Hors d’oeuvres, Dinner.
Single Occupancy: $255.00 + 20% service charge + 8% meal tax per person
Double Occupancy: $190.00 +20% service charge + 8% meal tax per person
