Wedding Cuisine – Plated

A plated dinner option accommodates 90 to 130 guests includes the following: 

A one hour cocktail reception featuring a cold station of imported and domestic cheeses, freshly cut seasonal fruits and crudites.

A choice of five passed hors d’oeuvres.

Choice of soup or salad, two entrees, side dishes and freshly baked breads.

Finger pastries and chocolate truffles for dessert.

Coffee and tea station

Post Reception Campfire by the lake with snack basket and fixing’s for s’mores

Full American buffet breakfast for overnight guests served the following morning.
