Wedding Cuisine – Plated

A plated dinner option accommodates 90 to 130 guests. The meal is comprised of:

  • A first course of homemade soup or salad
  • Freshly baked breads
  • A choice of items for each station
  • Coffee, decaf, and assorted teas
  • Complementary platters of finger pastries and chocolate truffles
  • Wedding cake service: cut, plated and garnished

We specialize in customizing menus for each couple. Please use the following list of dinner items as suggestions.
