The Department of Modern and Classical Languages and Literatures offers a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Global Language and Area Studies (GLAS), with three tracks to choose from: Arabic, Classical Studies, or Japanese. This 33-credit major is designed so that it can be completed in as little as two years for students who begin in their junior year \u2013 at minimum, it is typically only 9 total courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
