{"id":6114,"date":"2026-02-12T16:58:29","date_gmt":"2026-02-12T21:58:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/art\/?p=6114"},"modified":"2026-02-12T16:58:30","modified_gmt":"2026-02-12T21:58:30","slug":"design-opportunity-call-for-student-fellows-summer-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/art\/design-opportunity-call-for-student-fellows-summer-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Design Opportunity &#8211; Call for Student Fellows &#8211; Summer 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Design Studio is seeking for passionate, curious, self-motivated,\u00a0and hardworking Art and Design students to join a Summer Student Fellows team through the Arts &amp; Sciences Student Fellows Program: <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/artsci\/fellows-program\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/artsci\/fellows-program\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a 10-week summer fellowship, averaging 7-10 hours per week, fully remote, meetings over zoom.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selected students will apply through the Arts &amp; Sciences Student Fellows Program and, if accepted, fellows will be paid $20.00 an hour for up to 20 hours per week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, students may choose to enroll for ART academic credit for this work.&nbsp;<br>*Credit is optional and separate from the paid fellowship; enrollment requires departmental approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the close supervision of Dr. Clarisa E.
