Abby\u2019s research and the creation of a finding aid will help <span class=\"s1\">to guide <\/span>future students exploring the contributions of women at URI and the impact of 2<span class=\"s2\">nd <\/span>Wave Feminism.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Faculty Mentor<br \/>\n<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/history\/meet\/catherine-decesare\/\">Dr. Catherine DeCesare<\/a>, Department of History<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cMy hope for this research is that it will illuminate the roles that women play, historically and contemporarily, in shaping the context of our world.
