Founded in 1909, the Barker Playhouse is America\u2019s <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">oldest continually running little theater. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThe highlight of my internship was getting to meet and work with so many incredible people who have taught me so much about theater,\u201d Molly says. \u201cI was able to get a sneak peek of how a professional theater is run. It gave me more confidence in my abilities, which will make me a competitive candidate in the professional world.
