YES and NO."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>You\u2019ve already put in a request and want to know if you can add students, change exam dates, update instructions, etc. on the existing request. Guidelines for what you can do in your<a href=\"https:\/\/www.registerblast.com\/uri\/Professor\/Login\"> online account<\/a> are below, but we are always happy to field these questions by phone or email because we know sometimes it is unclear what to do. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You CANNOT change:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>exam dates<\/li><li>time allotment<\/li><li>reason why you\u2019re sending students (e.g. Time and a Half, Excused absence for traveling athlete, etc).<br><strong><em>We can make these changes for you \u2013 call or email us.<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You CAN change:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>test administration info<ul><li>permitted materials, what answers should be recorded on, who will pick up the exam, Additional Information<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>uploaded document<ul><li>add or remove documents<\/li><li>we print exam documents as soon as we see them uploaded so if you change a document, please email us so we can replace the one in your student\u2019s packet<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Note: we do not necessarily see these changes when you make them so please email us to alert us to anything that will impact test administration.<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adding Students to Existing Submissions<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scenario 1:<\/strong>&nbsp;Original submission was for the same reason the new student needs the ATC -&gt; just add their name in the appropriate box. No further action needed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Example<\/em>: I put in a request for a \u201cTime and a Half \u201d exam for Leslie. Later, I want to add Anne and she also has a Time and a Half accommodation. I can simply Edit the existing submission and add Anne\u2019s name in the same box as Leslie\u2019s. Done. &nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scenario 2:<\/strong> Original submission was NOT for the same reason the new student needs the ATC -&gt;&nbsp;add their name in the appropriate box AND email us with the student name and tell us it is a new reason\/category. We will then create that exam so the student sees it in the scheduling menu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Example<\/em>: I put in a request for a \u201cTime and a Half \u201d exam for Andy. Later, I want to add April to take this exam as a Make-Up (no extra time). I will Edit the existing submission and add April\u2019s name in the Make-up box. Then I will email the ATC to let them know I added April and she is coming for a different reason than Andy. ATC creates the new exam and it appears in the Make-Up menu for April.
