Faculty Leaders serve for 2 years, devoting a portion of their time to working with faculty, graduate student instructors, and ATL staff developing professional development resources and delivering workshops within the context of a project scope that aligns with their area of expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outcomes for Faculty Leaders:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Building Institutional Capacity:&nbsp;Faculty Leaders will build a network of faculty members across colleges and departments to strengthen relationships between ATL and faculty and promote best practices in teaching, learning and assessment.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving Pedagogical Innovation:&nbsp;Faculty leaders will design and implement professional development experiences that educate faculty on best practices and innovations in the areas of teaching, learning and assessment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faculty Leaders will foster a culture of continuous improvement among colleagues in the faculty.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faculty leaders will develop projects\/workshops that are beneficial to their own professional growth as well as faculty across the URI campus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33%\">\n<p
