It is ideal for instructors who have been selected to teach a course from a pre-built URI Online master shell or any other online course that has already been designed. <em>This course does not teach design principles. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants will learn a selection of online teaching principles and best practices: they will develop a plan for teaching their online course that includes initial preparation and personalization, facilitating student communications engagement, and supporting learning through effective and timely feedback. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While this course is designed to be 3-weeks long and asynchronous, you may complete it at your own pace.
