There are many ways to start a reflective practice – some formal, some less so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you prefer a more guided experience, sign up for the next HIT seminar<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you want to start small, keep a notebook – physical or digital – available while you teach and capture those fleeting thoughts about what worked great and what needs a rethink. Some write on their syllabus, others use digital tools like Evernote.<\/p>\n\n\n
