Eligible majors include&nbsp;<strong>Accounting, Business Analytics and Intelligence, Finance, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students with a&nbsp;<strong>3.20 GPA or higher<\/strong>&nbsp;and strong academic motivation are generally well-prepared for the rigor of a second major.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Double Major Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students who transferred into the College of Business with&nbsp;<strong>75+ earned credits<\/strong>&nbsp;may request to add a second BSBA major through an advisor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Business core courses count toward both majors.<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When courses overlap between majors,&nbsp;shared required courses count for both.&nbsp;If a course is required for one major and an elective in the other, it applies to the&nbsp;major that requires it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students must complete&nbsp;<strong>all required courses for each major.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Double majors <strong>typically&nbsp;do not have free electives<\/strong>&nbsp;and may need summer, J-term, or additional semesters to finish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The second major must include&nbsp;<strong>at least 21 unique credits<\/strong>&nbsp;beyond the first major.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a major does not offer enough elective options to meet the 21-credit requirement, students should meet with an advisor and may need to&nbsp;petition the COB Scholastic Standing Committee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students earn&nbsp;<strong>one degree<\/strong>&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>both majors listed<\/strong>&nbsp;on the transcript.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students&nbsp;<strong>may not pursue three majors<\/strong>&nbsp;within one BSBA degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list toc\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/business\/double-majors\/#accounting-finance\">Accounting \u2014 Finance<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/business\/double-majors\/#finance-innovation\">Finance \u2014 Innovation and Entrepreneurship<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/business\/double-majors\/#fintech-BAI\">FinTech \u2014 Business Analytics and Intelligence<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/business\/double-majors\/#marketing-BAI\">Marketing \u2014 Business Analytics and Intelligence<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/business\/double-majors\/#marketing-management\">Marketing \u2014 Management<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/business\/double-majors\/#marketing-supply\">Marketing \u2014 Supply Chain Management<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"accounting-finance\"><strong>Accounting \u2014 <strong>Finance<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the Accounting Curriculum Sheet, and add:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>BAI 311: Managerial Decision Support Systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FIN 321: Security Analysis;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FIN 322: Financial Institutions and Markets;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FIN 420: Advanced Financial Management;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FIN 421;
