Part-time faculty must have taught for at least two academic years. Tenured and non-tenured faculty are eligible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Administrative Support<\/strong><br>Nominee must serve in a full-time supporting role in the College and must have demonstrated excellence in service to students, faculty, and the administrative team.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selection Criteria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Selection criteria for these awards can include\u2014but are not limited to\u2014the following. Meeting all criteria is not required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>College of Business Undergraduate, Graduate, and Outstanding New Teacher Award<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be an accomplished teacher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate an impact on their discipline, on their students, and on the programs and activities of the College and University.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduce new innovations in courses taught.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teach effectively, measured by student evaluations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recipient of past teaching awards or honors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Letters from students and alumni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evidence of continuous improvement in courses taught.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of teaching\/instructional materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Research Award<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Achieve a nationally recognized scholarly professional record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate productivity in research.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publish several significant articles or other works of scholarship.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have visibility as a scholar within their field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate success in acquiring external funds for research.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive recognition by professional organizations for scholarly work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Clay V.
