Our instructors use inquiry-based, experiential teaching techniques as they cover topics such as buoyancy, simple machines on sailboats, wind power, and water quality testing. Other recent offerings have included a women\u2019s sailing class taught by women, for women; guided kayak and paddleboard tours; and private lessons for youth and adults. Private instruction provides a one-on-one experience that works well as a refresher, confidence builder, or introduction to the sport of sailing.
