Note: Pending your answers in the form you may be contacted for more information or a referral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Your trainer will conduct an initial consultation and assessment to help design a fitness program tailored to your goals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> You and your trainer will discuss the results and outline a plan to help you achieve your goals.
