The fusion of these three training concepts has lead to the development of 27 different 45-minute workout experiences, with more in development! This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle.<\/p>\n<h2>When Are The Classes Offered?<\/h2>\n<p>Classes are offered in the Tootell Studio, with over 10 classes per week. Sign up for a class beginning at noon the day prior on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imleagues.com\/spa\/fitness\/paZJWOxP7qaW67zMji4mSw==\/home\">IMLeagues.com\/uri<\/a>. Create an account with your URI email address. <em>Space is limited, all levels and abilities are welcome.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Functional Training<\/h3>\n<p>Functional Training is a classification of exercise which involves training for activities performed in daily life and is designed to help individuals move and perform better in their everyday activities. These types of exercises typically involve the use of your full body and multiple muscle groups, and consistent adherence can lead to a range of benefits including improved energy, body composition, metabolic function, and sleep, and decreases in fat mass, stress, depression, and risk of lifestyle diseases.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Workouts That are Never the Same<\/h3>\n<p>The fixed, 45-minute duration of each workout exists to provide a timing structure to maximize members\u2019 growth and progress. Daily workouts vary the amount of exercise stations, the work time\/rest time ratio and the number of repetitions through the \u201cExercise Circuit\u201d of each day. This provides a challenging workout that is always evolving and never the same.<\/p>\n<h3>Industry Leading Tech<\/h3>\n<p>Workouts are fueled and organized by the robust technology systems featured in our F45 studio. A series of TV\u2019s mounted on the front wall of the studio provides an organized, station-by-station diagram for each daily workout. With the guidance and motivation of the F45 Coaches, this system is a visual tool for members to progress from station to station throughout the workout.<\/p>\n<h3>Community&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<p>Circuit workouts in a Team Training atmosphere is the final factor fueling F45 Training\u2019s dynamism. The motivation and encouragement in a Group Training facility create a pulsing, upbeat environment where goals are met and exceeded.
