\"Rhody<\/b>The best part about a \u2018Virtual\u2019 5K is that you can run your route anywhere! For anyone local to URI\u2019s Kingston campus, we have a <\/span>USATF approved 5K course<\/span><\/a> right on our campus, complete with distinct mile markers and fully paved path.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are local to South County, Rhode Island here are two great scenic options for potential routes, remember to obey all traffic rules and physical distance:<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Galilee\/Point<\/strong><\/p>\n

Galilee\/Point Judith: <\/strong>Starting at Roger Wheeler State Beach, making a loop on Sand Hill Cove Rd, Great Island Rd, Galilee Escape Rd, and Point Judith Rd (108). <\/span><\/p>\n

\"Narragansett<\/p>\n

Narragansett Pier: <\/strong>Starting at the Sea Wall, making a loop around Ocean Rd, South Pier Rd, Lakewood Dr, and Narragansett Ave, around the Pier Marketplace and back down the Sea Wall.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you\u2019re not in the area, feel free to explore a local park, scenic drive or a new area of your town or city! Your route can be wherever you want it to be. If you want to plan your route and its distance, use <\/span>Google MyMaps<\/span><\/a> or <\/span>OntheGoMap<\/span><\/a> to measure the distance online. <\/span><\/p>\n
