And that\u2019s okay. We are human, and as humans, it is only our nature to experience these highs and lows. But the most important thing to always keep in mind is, the lows are always temporary. You will feel the weight lifted off your shoulders, and you always have someone to reach out to. The <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/counseling\/services\/\">University\u2019s Counseling Center<\/a> is always there for you, and know that it is <\/span><b>always<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> okay to ask for help. Again, we are only human. If you aren\u2019t feeling the best, maybe try one of our meditation sessions to focus on your body and breath. Or maybe you could try looking at some cute animals playing about with our attached live cams. No matter what, remember, \u201cthis too shall pass.\u201d You aren\u2019t ever alone.
